Production
Fieramonte is produced in the heart of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, where hillside vineyards and well-drained soils help deliver concentration and aromatic precision. The 2018 vintage benefited from a rainy spring that demanded careful vineyard management, followed by a mild summer and favorable temperatures during veraison, helping preserve acidity and encourage a highly expressive aromatic profile. The wine is made from 45% Corvina, 45% Corvinone, 5% Oseleta, and 5% Rondinella, with the grapes carefully selected and traditionally dried before vinification to achieve the hallmark richness of Amarone, then matured for an extended period to build complexity and harmony.

Food & Serving
This is a superb match for rich, savory dishes such as braised beef, game, roasted lamb, truffle risotto, and aged cheeses. It also works beautifully with slow-cooked dishes and dark chocolate desserts.
