Production
This wine comes from the steep terraces of Rüdesheim Berg Rottland, where quartzite and slate soils create a distinctly mineral, finely etched expression of Riesling. The grapes are hand-harvested with strict selection and gently pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Aging takes place mainly in traditional large wooden casks to add texture and depth while preserving the wine’s bright fruit and site expression.

Food & Serving
Ideal with seafood, shellfish, fine white fish, or delicately seasoned Asian dishes, this Riesling also pairs beautifully with poultry, veal, and herb-driven vegetarian plates. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not usually necessary, though a little air can help if opening the wine very young.
