Pale straw in the glass, this wine shows a bright, clean profile with aromas of citrus, white flowers, fresh grapes, and a subtle touch of nuts and discreet oak. On the palate it is taut and lively, with crisp acidity, saline minerality, and a creamy texture that never feels heavy. The finish is precise, harmonious, and lingering, with enough structure to develop nicely over the next few years. While already very appealing for its freshness, it should gain additional complexity with short- to medium-term aging.

Production
The grapes come from parcels around Meursault, where limestone and clay soils contribute depth, tension, and a strong mineral backbone. Domaine Vincent Latour farms under lutte raisonnée, harvesting by hand and pressing gently to preserve purity and detail. The wine is aged for 10–12 months in 600-liter barrels and foudres, with only about 10% new oak and no bâtonnage, followed by time in stainless steel to preserve balance and freshness.

This Bourgogne Blanc pairs beautifully with fish, poultry, shellfish, and asparagus risotto, and it also works well with goat’s cheese or as an elegant aperitif. Serve it chilled at around 10–12°C to showcase its freshness and mineral drive. Decanting is generally not necessary, though a brief aeration can help if opening it young.
