Sourced from the Grand Cru village of Oger and bottled with no dosage, it offers a vivid, unadorned expression of chalk, finesse, and saline elegance.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright pale gold color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is refined and expressive, with notes of citrus zest, white peach, chalk, brioche, and a subtle hint of toasted almond. The palate is taut and focused, balancing lively acidity with a creamy texture and deep mineral drive. The finish is long, dry, and distinctly saline, with excellent aging potential thanks to its structure, concentration, and crystalline profile.

Production
The grapes come from the Grand Cru village of Oger in the Côte des Blancs, where chalk-rich soils give Chardonnay its signature precision and tension. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically, with a strong emphasis on healthy soils and natural equilibrium. Fruit is hand-harvested, gently pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and matured mainly in oak barrels before extended lees aging in bottle. It is disgorged as Brut Nature, without dosage, to preserve the wine’s pure terroir character.

Food & Serving
This Champagne is a superb match for oysters, scallops, shellfish, turbot, poultry with a light cream or white wine sauce, and aged Comté. Serve chilled at 9–11 °C, and give it a little air if possible to allow the aromas and texture to open up.
