Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this rosé shows a lively and polished character. The nose is bright and inviting, with red berries such as raspberry and strawberry layered over delicate brioche and subtle leesy complexity. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, and precise, with fine bubbles, vibrant acidity, and a creamy texture that gives the wine real poise. The fruit-driven profile is balanced by mineral freshness and a light spicy note, leading to a harmonious, lingering finish. It is enjoyable now for its immediacy and charm, but its structure suggests it can develop gracefully with short to medium-term cellaring.

Production
Sourced from the Rheingau, one of Germany’s most respected wine regions, the wine reflects a cool-climate terroir known for producing aromatic grapes with excellent acidity and balance. The base wines were selectively harvested by hand and vinified using the Méthode Traditionnelle, with extended time on the lees to build finesse, depth, and a creamy mouthfeel.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C to highlight its freshness and delicate mousse. It works beautifully as an aperitif, but also pairs well with seafood, salmon, poultry, and refined starters; decanting is not recommended for this style of sparkling wine.
