Production
The grapes come from the Kenzinger Hummelberg vineyard in Breisgau, where limestone and clay soils contribute structure, freshness, and a distinct mineral signature. The vines were planted in 1970, bringing depth and concentration to the fruit, and the estate farms biologically with a close attention to the vineyard’s natural balance. Harvest is carried out selectively by hand, ensuring only fully ripe, healthy grapes reach the cellar.
