Weingut Sander’s Zeitensprung Alte Sorte 2024 is made from Grünfränkisch, a rare historic grape with roots in pre-Roman times. Once thought extinct, it was rediscovered in 2008 and brought back into cultivation in 2018; its distinctive character is underscored by ageing in amphorae.
