Once seen as the more fruit-driven, less profound counterpart to Halenberg, Monzinger Frühlingsplätzchen has developed a more sharply defined identity. Emrich-Schönleber’s 2022 Große Gewächs shows the site’s increasingly stony, structured character, with depth, slate influence and a restrained expression of fruit.
