Tasting Notes
Pale in appearance with a fine, lively mousse, this Blanc de Blancs is expected to show a delicate and focused aromatic profile, with notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers and subtle mineral nuances. On the palate, its very dry finish is balanced by bright acidity and an elegant, refreshing structure.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its crisp, bone-dry profile makes it an excellent aperitif and a natural partner for oysters, fresh seafood, sushi, ceviche, goat cheese and light vegetable dishes. Decanting is not recommended; serve directly from a properly chilled bottle to preserve its freshness and effervescence.
