The 2023 vintage combines the warmth and generosity of southern Rhône fruit with the estate’s characteristic sense of place, offering an expressive introduction to one of the appellation’s most respected producers.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby-red in appearance, the wine opens with aromas of ripe red and dark berries, violets, wild herbs and subtle spice. Hints of garrigue and warm stone add a distinctly Provençal character. On the palate, Télégramme is generous and rounded, with flavours of blackberry, raspberry and plum supported by supple tannins and balanced freshness. Peppery spice and herbal notes add complexity to the finish. It can be enjoyed in its youth for its vibrant fruit, while careful cellaring should allow it to develop greater savoury depth over the next 5–10 years.

Production
The wine reflects the varied, stony terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where galets roulés retain heat during the day and help the vines ripen fully. It is produced from a traditional southern Rhône blend led by Grenache, with complementary Rhône varieties adding structure, spice and aromatic complexity. Grapes are carefully selected and harvested at optimum maturity, followed by traditional vinification and maturation designed to preserve the wine’s natural fruit and freshness.

Food & Serving
Serve at approximately 16–18°C. Télégramme is a natural match for roast lamb, beef stew, grilled or roasted meats, duck, sausages and Provençal dishes featuring herbs, garlic and tomatoes. It also pairs well with mature hard cheeses. Decanting is not essential when serving the wine young, but 30–60 minutes in a decanter can help open its aromas and soften the youthful structure.
