Cantina Tramin Moscato Giallo 2025 is an aromatic Italian dessert wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, made exclusively from the expressive Moscato Giallo grape. Presented in a passito style, it combines fragrant floral and spice notes with a soft, generous sweetness—an elegant choice for ending a meal or accompanying special occasions.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows an intense straw-yellow colour. Its distinctive nose opens with inviting aromas of ripe melon, rose petals and delicate clove, reflecting the naturally aromatic character of Moscato Giallo. On the palate, it is sweet, rounded and full-bodied, with a gentle spiciness that adds depth to the lush fruit profile. Its balanced, approachable style makes it especially enjoyable while young, when its floral and fruity aromas are at their most vivid.

Production
Produced from 100% Moscato Giallo grapes in Trentino-Alto Adige, the wine is made with careful attention from the vineyard through to the cellar. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed immediately, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 19°C. The wine undergoes no malolactic fermentation and is matured in small stainless-steel tanks to preserve its freshness and aromatic purity.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its sweetness and floral-spiced character make it a natural partner for fruit-based desserts, pastries, panna cotta, crème brûlée and mild blue cheeses. It can be enjoyed without decanting; simply pour and serve chilled as an aperitif or with dessert.
