The Kurayoshi Pure Malt 12 Year Old is a refined Japanese blended malt whisky, combining carefully selected malt whiskies into a balanced and elegant expression. Aroma & Palate
The nose opens with soft vanilla, ripe orchard fruit and delicate malt, complemented by subtle floral and woody notes. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded, revealing hints of honey, dried fruit, gentle spice and toasted oak. The finish is clean and lingering, with a pleasant warmth and a touch of sweetness.
Distillation & Maturation
This pure malt whisky is made exclusively from malt whiskies and matured for a minimum of 12 years. The whiskies are blended and brought to bottling strength using natural spring water from the Mount Daisen area, known for its soft, pure character.
