Tasting Notes
Bright ruby-red in appearance, the wine opens with inviting aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by a subtle spicy character. On the palate, it is fresh and beautifully silky, with supple texture, lively red-fruit flavours and a graceful, balanced finish. Its accessible style makes it especially enjoyable in its youth, while the structure and freshness should allow it to develop additional savoury nuances over the short to medium term.

Food & Serving
A versatile red for the table, it pairs well with Sardinian specialities, grilled or roasted lamb, pork, herb-seasoned sausages, tomato-based pasta dishes and mature cheeses. Serve lightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C. Decanting is not essential, though a brief decant or a good swirl in the glass can help release its fruit and gentle spice.
