Tasting Notes
Pale straw in color, this Etna Bianco shows a bright, luminous appearance in the glass. The nose is lifted and refined, with notes of citrus blossom, lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and a distinct smoky, stony minerality that reflects its volcanic origins. On the palate, it is crisp and tightly focused, balancing energetic acidity with a textured, saline mouthfeel. Layers of citrus, orchard fruit, and subtle herbal nuances unfold into a long, mineral-driven finish. While already expressive in youth, it has the structure and depth to develop beautifully over several years.

Production
Made from Carricante grown on the high-altitude slopes of Mount Etna, the wine draws its character from volcanic soils, cool mountain nights, and significant day-to-night temperature variation. The vineyards benefit from excellent exposure and naturally low yields, which help preserve concentration and freshness in the fruit. Careful harvesting and gentle vinification are used to protect the variety’s aromatic precision and minerality.
