Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a luminous pale gold colour. The bouquet is intensely aromatic, with ripe apricot, peach and delicate honeyed notes. On the palate, the wine is soft and velvety, balancing its rich fruit character with a pleasant, lively acidity. The finish is long and persistent, leaving impressions of fresh stone fruit and gentle sweetness. With its concentration and acidity, this 2015 Riesling has excellent potential for further ageing when stored properly.

Produced from carefully selected grapes from the Baiken vineyard in the Rheingau, this Trockenbeerenauslese reflects the region’s ability to create richly concentrated yet balanced Rieslings. The finest grapes of the 2015 vintage were chosen for their expressive fruit and maturity before the wine was matured in small casks, helping to develop additional complexity and a polished texture.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its luscious fruit and refreshing acidity make it a superb match for foie gras, blue cheese, fruit-based desserts and refined pastries, while it can also be enjoyed on its own as a contemplative dessert wine. Decanting is generally not necessary, although a brief airing in the glass can help reveal its full aromatic depth.
