Tasting Notes
The wine displays a luminous golden-yellow colour. Its expressive bouquet reveals ripe peach and apricot alongside honeyed notes, creating an inviting impression of richness and maturity. On the palate, concentrated sweetness is beautifully balanced by refreshing Riesling acidity and a subtle mineral character. The finish is long, polished and elegant, with lingering fruit and honeyed tones. With its combination of sweetness and acidity, this wine has excellent potential to develop further in bottle while already offering considerable drinking pleasure.

Production
The grapes were carefully selected from the steep Baiken slopes in the Rheingau, where the vineyard setting contributes to the wine’s concentration and mineral definition. As a Trockenbeerenauslese, the wine is made from exceptionally ripe, shrivelled grapes selected for their intense flavour and natural sweetness. The small-format bottle is particularly well suited to enjoying this concentrated style in measured servings.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its rich fruit and lively acidity make it a natural partner for crème brûlée, tiramisu and other refined desserts, while its sweetness also complements a carefully selected cheese board. It is equally rewarding on its own as a contemplative after-dinner wine. Decanting is generally not necessary, although a brief opening before serving can allow its aromas to unfold.
