Production
The grapes come from the Hochheimer Domdechaney vineyard in the Rheingau, a site renowned for producing expressive, structured Riesling. The resulting must was fermented and matured to preserve the balance between luscious sweetness, aromatic intensity and Riesling’s characteristic acidity.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C, allowing a few minutes in the glass for its mature aromas to unfold. Decanting is not usually essential, but a careful transfer can help separate any sediment in this mature bottle; alternatively, open it gently and pour slowly.
