Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. This mature Beerenauslese is a natural partner for fruit-based desserts, crème brûlée, pâtisserie and blue or well-aged cheeses; it can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or contemplative after-dinner wine. Decanting is generally unnecessary, though carefully standing the bottle upright before serving and pouring slowly can help separate any sediment.
