Production

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. This mature Riesling Beerenauslese is an excellent match for fruit-based desserts, apricot or peach tarts, crème brûlée and blue or washed-rind cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own as a contemplative dessert wine or digestif. Decanting is generally not essential, although careful decanting may help separate any sediment and allow the wine to open in the glass.
