Santa Cristina Giardino Rosè is a fresh, elegant Toscana IGT rosé made from 100% Sangiovese, one of Tuscany’s most iconic grape varieties. Produced by Santa Cristina, part of the Antinori family portfolio, it brings together modern freshness and a long-standing tradition of quality that has made the label a trusted reference since its first vintage in 1946.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate peach-blossom pink hue that immediately signals its light, graceful style. The nose is lively and inviting, with fruit-driven aromas of pomegranate, pink grapefruit, wild strawberries, green apple, and pear. On the palate, it offers a pleasing balance of crisp freshness and soft, rounded texture. The same bright fruit notes reappear in the finish, leaving the wine clean, vibrant, and easy to enjoy. Best appreciated young while its aromatic intensity and freshness are at their peak.

Production
This Toscana IGT rosé is made entirely from Sangiovese grapes, harvested and vinified to preserve delicacy and aromatic lift. Part of the fruit is destemmed, gently crushed, and immediately pressed to obtain a lightly colored must, while the rest undergoes a short maceration in stainless steel tanks for a few hours to extract more of the grape’s varietal character. The result is a rosé that reflects both the character of the grape and the freshness of Tuscan winemaking.

Food & Serving
A versatile rosé like this pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled prawns, light salads, antipasti, vegetable dishes, and mild cheeses. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic profile. Decanting is not necessary.
