Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass, this rosé has an appealing brightness and lively sheen. The nose is fresh and layered, opening with wild flowers, small red berries, and blood orange, followed by subtle notes of Mediterranean scrub, green tea, and a touch of acacia honey. On the palate, it is elegant and finely balanced, combining gentle warmth with crisp acidity and a lightly spicy-salty edge. The finish is clean and refined, with enough structure and freshness to make it enjoyable now, while still offering short-term drinking pleasure rather than long aging potential.

Food & Serving
A versatile rosé for seafood, grilled prawns, tuna tartare, light pasta dishes, or salads with citrus and herbs. It also works well with antipasti and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
