Production
Gin Marconi is produced in Schiavon, in the heart of Veneto, where the Poli family has been distilling since 1898. Marconi 42 is crafted in small batches using a vacuum bain-marie distillation method in the Crysopea still, which helps preserve delicate botanical aromas and achieve a particularly clean, precise spirit. The Mediterranean-style botanicals are selected to capture the intensity and freshness of the Italian maquis.

Food & Serving
Serve Poli Gin Marconi 42 chilled or over ice, ideally with a premium tonic and a garnish of lemon peel, rosemary, or a slice of grapefruit to highlight its Mediterranean profile. It also pairs well with seafood, grilled vegetables, light antipasti, and herb-driven dishes. A serving temperature of around 6–8°C is ideal, and decanting is not necessary.
