Pol Roger Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill 2015 is a distinguished vintage Champagne presented in a giftbox, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Named in honour of the British statesman and devoted Pol Roger admirer, it reflects the house’s elegant style in a notably fresh yet complex vintage.

Tasting Notes
The Champagne shows a bright golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. Its aromatic profile brings together ripe apple, pear and citrus with delicate notes of nuts and brioche. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well balanced, combining freshness with depth and a long, elegant finish. The 2015 vintage has the structure to develop further with careful cellaring; store it in a cool, dark place.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, with scallops, lobster, roast poultry or aged hard cheeses. Decanting is not usually necessary; allow the Champagne a few minutes in the glass to open and reveal its aromas.

Founded in 1849, Pol Roger is one of Champagne’s historic family-run houses. Its association with Sir Winston Churchill was especially significant: he was a longstanding admirer of its Champagnes, and this cuvée was created in his honour.
