Pol Roger Brut Reserve

Pol Roger Brut Réserve is the Champagne house’s signature non-vintage cuvée, a polished expression of its style and a particularly accomplished take on classic Champagne. Its blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier brings together finesse, structure and generous fruit.

Production
The cuvée is assembled from around 30 still wines, with reserve wines typically making up 20–30% of the blend and drawn from two to four vintages. The base wines are chilled before fermentation, which takes place in neutral, temperature-controlled vats. The wines are then kept in Pol Roger’s extensive underground cellars; vineyard conditions and harvesting methods are not specified.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, with oysters, shellfish, smoked salmon or other delicate seafood. It also works beautifully as an aperitif or alongside crisp, lightly salted snacks. Decanting is not usually necessary for Champagne; pour gently into flute or tulip-shaped glasses.
