Made from 100% Aligoté and sourced from limestone- and clay-rich vineyards in Bourgogne, it delivers the lively acidity, citrus-driven brightness, and mineral finesse that have long made the grape a local favorite. With roots in a house founded in 1875, it brings together tradition, purity, and everyday drinking pleasure.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a pale golden color with a bright, youthful sheen. The nose is clean and expressive, offering citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a light hint of acacia. The palate is fresh, precise, and elegant, with crisp acidity carrying notes of lemon, orchard fruit, and a subtle mineral finish. The style is focused and energetic rather than weighty, making it best enjoyed young to capture its vibrancy, though it should hold nicely over the short term.

Production
The grapes come from Burgundy vineyards with clay and limestone soils, where the cooler climate helps preserve freshness, tension, and aromatic lift. This terroir is especially well suited to Aligoté, allowing the variety’s naturally bright acidity and mineral profile to come through clearly. Vinification and aging take place in stainless steel tanks to protect the grape’s pure fruit character and keep the wine clean, lively, and aromatic.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. It works beautifully as an aperitif and pairs well with seafood, oysters, grilled white fish, goat’s cheese, light salads, and simple vegetable dishes. Decanting is not necessary; just open and serve to enjoy its fresh, crisp expression.
