JO'S is Domaine Paul Schneider’s distinctive orange wine, made entirely from Gewürztraminer grown in Alsace. Skin contact during fermentation gives it a golden-orange hue and a more structured, layered profile than a conventional white wine.
Tasting Notes
Golden orange in the glass, it opens with aromas of exotic fruit, warming spices and a hint of pepper. The palate is dry, full-bodied and intense, with gentle tannins and a long, mineral finish.
