Tasting Notes
Pale salmon in the glass, this rosé offers an inviting aromatic profile of red berries, ripe plums, and Mediterranean herbs. Hints of thyme and rosemary add lift and complexity, giving the wine a distinctly southern Italian character. On the palate, it is crisp, dry, and pleasantly rounded, with juicy red-fruit flavors balanced by freshness and a clean finish. The style is designed for immediate enjoyment rather than long aging, though it will drink well over the near term while its bright fruit remains vibrant.

Production
The wine comes from Puglia, a warm and sunny region known for producing ripe, characterful wines with a Mediterranean edge. The grapes are gently cold-pressed to extract just the right amount of color, then the must is cooled and transferred to stainless steel tanks for clarification before fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled 13–16°C to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.

Pasqua Puglia Rosè is a versatile partner for light Mediterranean dishes, grilled seafood, salads, vegetable antipasti, and fresh pasta. It is best served chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
