Opus One Overture 2021

Production
Overture is produced from grapes grown in Opus One’s own Napa Valley vineyards, where the region’s warm climate and diverse soils encourage rich fruit, concentration and balanced ripeness. The blend brings together Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec, reflecting the classic Bordeaux varieties used to create the estate’s signature style. Food & Serving
Serve at approximately 16–18°C alongside roasted or grilled beef, lamb, venison and other richly flavoured meats.
