The nose is wonderfully expressive, opening with dried fruits, toasted bread, candied citrus, and hints of honey, nuts, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is majestic yet finely controlled, combining richness and freshness in equal measure. The texture is silky and expansive, carrying flavors of orchard fruit, brioche, citrus peel, and roasted notes into a long, refined finish. Food & Serving
This Champagne is superb with refined dishes such as lobster, scallops, truffle risotto, roasted poultry, aged Comté, or even lightly spiced Asian cuisine. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a few minutes in the glass can help the aromas open further.
