Description

Nicola Gatta’s Cuvée Nature is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Lombardy, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and bottled in magnum. With no dosage, it offers a particularly dry, direct expression of the blend, while 30 months on the lees bring added depth and complexity.

A lively, dry sparkling wine with a focused, energetic palate. Chardonnay lends finesse, while Pinot Noir contributes structure; extended lees ageing adds aromatic complexity. Production
The wine comes from Lombardy, though specific vineyard sites, soils and harvesting methods are not detailed. The grapes are gently pressed in a horizontal press, and the base wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts. After the second fermentation, it spends 30 months on the lees; no sugar is added at disgorgement, preserving its pas dosé style.
