Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow in appearance, with a fine and persistent stream of bubbles. The nose is delicate and inviting, showing notes of white flowers, ripe apple, citrus and subtle pastry nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and creamy, with a polished texture, balanced acidity and a gently rounded finish. Its elegant structure makes it enjoyable in its youth, while the traditional-method character allows additional bottle development, bringing greater complexity and brioche-like notes over time.

Production
Produced in Franciacorta, Lombardy, from Chardonnay, Satèn is a protocol reserved for white-grape Franciacorta wines. The wine is made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle that creates its refined mousse. The Satèn style is characterised by lower bottle pressure than standard Franciacorta, resulting in a notably smooth and silky texture. Specific vineyard and ageing details are not provided.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C in a tulip-shaped sparkling-wine glass. Its gentle mousse and fresh, creamy profile pair beautifully with seafood, shellfish, sushi, delicate fish dishes, risotto, fresh cheeses and light poultry preparations. Decanting is not recommended; simply allow the bottle a few minutes to open in the glass after pouring.
