Tasting Notes
Typically deep ruby to garnet in appearance, Ribera del Duero Tempranillo is known for an expressive nose of ripe blackberries, black cherries and plums, often complemented by hints of spice, herbs and subtle earthiness. On the palate, expect a full-bodied style with concentrated fruit, firm yet polished tannins and a refreshing backbone of acidity. The wine should develop additional savoury and tertiary nuances with bottle age, although its precise ageing potential will depend on the maturation and bottling details of this release.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C, to preserve freshness and balance. It pairs well with grilled or roasted lamb, beef, pork, game, hearty stews and mature cheeses. Decanting for 30–60 minutes is recommended if the wine is showing youthful tannins or appears particularly concentrated; otherwise, serving directly from the bottle will allow its character to unfold in the glass.
