Maso Martis Trento Dosaggio Zero Riserva 2021 is a pure, dry sparkling wine made in the traditional method, offering intensity, precision, and a distinctly mineral profile. As one of the earliest classic-method pas dosé wines produced in Trentino, it reflects both regional pioneering spirit and a confident, unadorned style.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, refined mousse with a pale straw-gold colour and an elegant, persistent bead. The nose leans toward citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, and chalky minerality, with subtle hints of brioche and toasted almond from time on lees. On the palate, it is incisive and structured, with a firm, dry line and concentrated flavours of lemon zest, crisp orchard fruit, saline minerality, and a vibrant, energetic finish. The absence of residual sugar gives it a clean, focused character and excellent tension. It has the structure to age gracefully for several more years, gaining extra depth and complexity.

Production
Produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in Trentino-Alto Adige, this wine benefits from the cool Alpine climate and well-drained mountain terroir that help preserve freshness and aromatics. The grapes are carefully harvested to maintain acidity and purity, then vinified according to the classic method with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing, with no dosage added at disgorgement to preserve its dry, mineral-driven style.

Food & Serving
A superb match for oysters, raw seafood, shellfish, sushi, light fish dishes, and refined vegetarian plates such as asparagus risotto or fennel salad. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open shortly before serving to enjoy its crisp effervescence at its best.
