Maso Martis Monsieur Martis Rosè Brut Riserva is an elegant organic Trentodoc that showcases the finesse of 100% Pinot Meunier. Made in Trentino-Alto Adige using the classic method and aged for 48 months, it reflects both the precision of alpine sparkling winemaking and the historic spirit of traditional rosé production.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate rosé hue with a refined, persistent mousse. The nose is expressive and layered, offering crisp red berries such as raspberry, blueberry, and freshly picked cherry, lifted by subtle spicy and smoky nuances. On the palate, it is dry, slender, and beautifully structured, balancing bright acidity with a savory mineral edge. The finish is long and complex, with a saline freshness that makes the wine feel both vibrant and poised. Thanks to its extended aging, it has the depth to drink beautifully now while retaining the elegance to develop further in bottle.

Production
The wine comes from organically farmed vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige, where the alpine climate and cool conditions help preserve freshness, aromatic purity, and natural acidity. The grapes are harvested by hand with careful cluster selection, then gently pressed; skin contact is used to encourage color extraction and the release of Pinot Meunier’s most refined aromatic precursors. After tirage, the wine spends 48 months on the lees before disgorgement and bottling, resulting in fine, very persistent bubbles and notable complexity.

Food & Serving
This sparkling rosé is ideal with refined appetizers, cured meats, seafood, roasted poultry, or dishes featuring mushrooms and fresh herbs. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary; instead, open shortly before serving to enjoy the full freshness and precision of the mousse.
