Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this Pecorino opens with an aromatic burst of mango, melon, grapefruit and other tropical fruit notes, lifted by a distinctly spicy edge. On the palate it is fresh, enveloping and well-defined, with a bright structure that gives the wine both energy and texture. The finish is clean and persistent, with fruit-driven intensity balanced by a lively citrus freshness. While ready to enjoy for its youthful aromatics, it can also develop a touch more nuance over the short to medium term if cellared properly.

Produced in Abruzzo from the Pecorino grape, this wine reflects the region’s sunny climate, coastal influence and varied hillside vineyards, which help preserve freshness while building aromatic concentration. The grapes are typically harvested at optimal ripeness to maintain the variety’s natural vibrancy and aromatic precision. Food & Serving
Ideal with fish dishes, seafood risotto, shellfish and white meats such as chicken or turkey. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, to bring out its aromatic brightness and freshness. Decanting is not necessary.
