Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby colour with bright garnet reflections. The nose is layered and inviting, with red and black berries, ripe plum, cedar, vanilla, and subtle spice, framed by a gentle earthy note that adds Rioja’s signature complexity. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, smooth, and well balanced, with supple tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, savoury finish. Flavours of cherry, blackberry, dried herbs, tobacco, and toasted oak unfold gradually, giving the wine both immediate appeal and the potential to age gracefully over the next several years.

This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled beef, game, mushroom risotto, and aged Manchego. Serve at 16-18°C, and if possible, decant for around 30-60 minutes to let the aromas fully open.
