Tasting Notes
Bright ruby-red in appearance, this Cabernet Sauvignon opens with inviting aromas of ripe blackcurrants, plums and dark cherries, complemented by fresh herbal nuances and subtle spice. The palate is generous and smooth, with concentrated fruit, balanced acidity and gently structured tannins that give the wine both fullness and freshness. Its polished style makes it enjoyable soon after release, while the fruit, acidity and tannic backbone should allow it to develop gracefully over the next few years when properly stored.

Production
The wine comes from the Colchagua Valley, a Chilean region renowned for its warm, dry climate and excellent conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. These conditions help the grapes achieve ripe, expressive fruit while retaining freshness. The fruit is vinified to preserve its varietal character and supple texture, resulting in a balanced, fruit-driven red.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly cool, ideally at 16–18°C. It is a natural match for grilled or roasted beef, lamb, burgers, sausages and hearty pasta dishes, as well as roasted vegetables and mature cheeses. Decanting is not essential, but 20–30 minutes in a decanter can help open the wine and soften its youthful structure.

Located in the Colchagua Valley, the estate combines Chile’s favourable growing conditions with a French approach to quality and precision.
