Pale straw-yellow in the glass, this Crémant opens with expressive fruity aromas lifted by subtle vanilla nuances from extended time on the lees. On the palate, it is full-bodied and long, with a satisfying persistence and a balanced, elegant mousse. The blend brings freshness, floral lift, and gentle red-fruit character, while the lees aging adds texture and a refined, lightly toasty complexity. Production
Produced in the Loire Valley by Langlois-Château, this vintage Crémant de Loire is made from 61% Chenin Blanc, 18% Cabernet Franc, 15% Chardonnay, and 6% Grolleau. The wine is crafted in the classic method and aged for at least four years on the lees, a key factor behind its layered aroma profile, creamy texture, and nuanced vanilla notes.
