Labadens’ Honorine is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc made from Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc. Gentle pressing, natural-yeast fermentation in concrete and ageing on fine lees shape a white Rhône style that keeps the grapes’ aromatic character to the fore.
