Tasting Notes
The nose brings together ripe pear and fig with honey, brioche and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, a silky texture carries layers of dried fruit and gingerbread, balanced by subtle minerality and a lingering finish that brings together freshness and mature depth. The magnum format encourages slower evolution, though any further cellaring will depend on the bottle’s provenance and storage.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 10–12°C, to let the mature aromas unfold. It pairs beautifully with roast poultry, lobster or other shellfish, and dishes with buttery or lightly creamy sauces. Decanting is generally unnecessary for mature Champagne; open carefully and allow the wine a few minutes in the glass to develop.
