Tasting Notes
The wine shows a luminous golden colour with youthful green reflections. Its expressive nose brings together lemon and other citrus fruits, ripe peach, apricot and distinctive mineral nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied and layered, balancing generous fruit with vibrant acidity. A long, refreshing finish completes the wine, while the vintage and structure suggest excellent ageing potential, with further development of honeyed, savoury and mineral complexity.

Production
The grapes are sourced from the renowned Morstein vineyard in Rheinhessen, a site celebrated for producing Rieslings with depth, structure and pronounced mineral character. The fruit is hand-harvested before being carefully vinified and matured for 12 months in oak casks, allowing the wine to gain texture and complexity while retaining the freshness and energy of the Riesling grape.

Food & Serving
Serve this mature Riesling lightly chilled at around 10–12°C. It is an excellent match for fish, shellfish, poultry and other light meats, while its acidity and mineral profile also complement aromatic Asian cuisine. Enjoy it as an aperitif or alongside a refined meal; decanting is not essential, but a short period in a decanter can help reveal its full aromatic depth.
