Tasting Notes
The wine presents a bright golden colour with subtle green reflections. Its expressive bouquet layers citrus fruits, ripe peach and apricot with finely detailed mineral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with a precise balance between generous fruit and refreshing acidity. The finish is long, energetic and clean, and the wine’s structure allows it to continue developing in bottle while offering excellent drinking pleasure now.

Production
The grapes are hand-harvested in the Morstein vineyard in Rheinhessen, a site renowned for producing Rieslings with depth, tension and mineral complexity. Following careful selection, the wine is matured for approximately 12 months in oak casks before bottling, allowing the fruit, acidity and site character to integrate while preserving the wine’s freshness and precision.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at approximately 10–12°C. This mature Riesling is a natural match for delicate fish, shellfish, seafood dishes and white meats, while its acidity and mineral character also complement aromatic Asian cuisine. It is equally rewarding as an aperitif. Decanting is not essential, but a brief decant or serving it in a generous glass can help reveal its layers and mature complexity.
