Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at around 10–12°C. This Riesling is an excellent partner for delicate fish, shellfish, roasted or lightly seasoned poultry and creamy vegetable dishes; its acidity also works particularly well with fresh and mild cheeses. Decanting is not essential, but a brief decant or generous aeration in the glass can help reveal the wine’s mature aromas and layered character.
