Kellerei Bozen Pinot Nero 2025 is an elegant mountain Pinot Noir from Alto Adige, shaped by high-altitude vineyards and mineral-rich soils. Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red in the glass, this Pinot Nero opens with expressive aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries and plums, complemented by delicate violet, liquorice and subtle spice. On the palate, it is fruity, smooth and medium-bodied, with refined acidity, velvety texture and firm yet well-integrated tannins. The wine’s mineral character and balanced structure give it added complexity beyond its generous fruit profile. It is enjoyable in its youth, when the red-fruit aromas are particularly vibrant, and should develop gracefully over the next few years if stored in cool, dark conditions.

Production
Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the mountain vineyards of Trentino-Alto Adige, this wine reflects the region’s combination of elevation, cool nights and mineral soils. The grapes are vinified in stainless-steel tanks to preserve their freshness and varietal character, while a portion of the wine receives a short period of maturation in oak barrels, adding gentle spice and texture without overpowering the fruit. The result is a polished Pinot Nero with 13.5% alcohol.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly cool, at approximately 14–16°C. Kellerei Bozen Pinot Nero pairs particularly well with roast or grilled red meat, poultry, game birds, mushroom dishes and soft, mild cheeses. Decanting is not essential, but a brief 20–30 minutes in a decanter can help open the wine’s floral aromas and soften its tannins.
