Kellerei Bozen Hochkofler Riesling 2025 is a dry, half-aromatic white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, crafted entirely from Riesling. With its combination of Alpine freshness, mineral character and lively fruit, it offers an elegant expression of one of the world’s most distinctive white grape varieties.

Tasting Notes
The wine appears greenish-yellow in the glass. Its refined nose reveals aromas of peach, pear, grapefruit, apricot and crisp apple, complemented by a subtle, ethereal note. On the palate, it is dry and refreshing, with bright acidity, a clean mineral edge and a fresh, elegant finish. Its freshness makes it best enjoyed in its youth, while careful cellaring over the next few years may allow additional aromatic complexity to develop. The wine contains 13% alcohol and is presented in a 750 ml bottle.

Production
Produced in the mountainous region of Trentino-Alto Adige, this Riesling reflects the cool Alpine environment and mineral character associated with the area. The wine is made from 100% Riesling and matured in stainless-steel tanks, a method that preserves the grape’s freshness, aromatic precision and lively acidity. Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its dry, mineral profile pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, grilled fish, sushi, shellfish, light poultry dishes and salads with citrus-based dressings. It is also an excellent match for goat’s cheese and delicate Alpine cuisine. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to let the aromas unfold.
