Description

Jeaunaux-Robin’s Sélection Éclats de Meulière Extra Brut is a non-vintage Champagne from the little-known Vallée du Petit Morin, showing the character that dedicated growers can draw from beyond Champagne’s celebrated Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages. Made organically, with some biodynamic practices, it is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, presented here in a 375 ml bottle.

Production
The wine comes from marl soils of clay and limestone, including particularly hard limestone known as meulière, which gives the cuvée its name. Jeaunaux-Robin farms organically, with some biodynamic practices, and uses contemporary winemaking methods. Harvesting details and further information about the vinification are not provided.
