Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Champagne shows a bright, refined appearance with a lively mousse and a polished, vinous core. The nose opens with crisp Anjou pear, subtle smoke, white flowers, and brioche, giving it an inviting mix of freshness and depth. On the palate, it is broad and expressive, yet tightly structured, with a soft mousse and a mature, energetic acidity that keeps everything in balance. The finish is long and penetrating, marked by a saline, mineral impression that adds real persistence and suggests further development in bottle over the coming years.

Production
Les Blancs Millésime 2020 comes from two south-facing Chardonnay parcels in Champagne, a position that helps the grapes reach full ripeness while preserving freshness and tension. Around 5% of the wine was vinified in oak, adding a touch of texture and complexity without overshadowing the fruit, and the wine was disgorged in April 2025 with a very low dosage of 2 grams per liter.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent Champagne for refined dishes such as oysters, scallops, sea bass, sashimi, or roast chicken with creamy sauces. It also works beautifully with Comté or aged hard cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
