Tasting Notes

Production
This rosé is produced from Greco Nero grapes grown in coastal areas of Calabria, where the vines benefit from maritime influence and a terroir that helps preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed without maceration, a vinification method that protects the wine’s pale color and delicate fruit expression.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. It pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled prawns, light pasta dishes, fresh salads, antipasti, and soft cheeses. Decanting is not necessary.
