Aroma & Palate
The aroma is fresh and resinous, with pronounced balsamic notes and a subtle herbal character. On the palate, it is smooth and lightly sweet, combining pine-like freshness with delicate spice and a clean, gently warming finish.

Distillation & Maturation
The liqueur is produced by distilling resin from the mastiha plant, a small evergreen Mediterranean shrub. Sugar is added before bottling in keeping with Greek tradition, giving the spirit its approachable sweetness and rounded texture.
