Sourced from one of Sancerre’s classic terroirs and shaped by a house with roots dating back to 1945, it brings together purity of fruit, subtle oak influence, and impressive elegance.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear straw-gold color that hints at both vibrancy and depth. The nose opens with broom, ripe fruit, and bright citrus, while the palate is mineral-driven, generous, and beautifully balanced. Subtle notes of blackcurrant and orange peel add complexity, leading into a long, persistent finish. With its structure and oak-aged texture, it should also develop nicely over the next few years.

Production
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this Sancerre is produced in the heart of the Loire, where cool conditions help preserve aromatic precision and natural freshness. It spends around 10 months in French oak barrels with regular bâtonnage, a method that adds richness, mouthfeel, and a more layered expression while still keeping the wine focused and true to its origin.

This wine pairs especially well with goat cheese, grilled fish, shellfish, poultry in cream sauce, or refined vegetarian dishes with herbs and citrus. Serve it chilled at around 10–12°C to bring out its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help open up the wine if enjoyed young.
